Through the TYC yoga plan which is a combination of asana, pranayam, mudras, bandhas, detox (physical, mental, emotional) diet, and sports science is customized to the disease. Clinical yoga boosts the arteries the blood vessels that carry oxygen-rich blood away from your heart for delivery to every part of your body. The arteries look like thin tubes or hoses. The walls are made of a tough outer layer, a middle layer of muscle, and a smooth inner wall that helps blood flow easily. The muscle layer expands and contracts to help blood move. A hard workout schedule puts access pressure on it, and it may damage its walls. A combination of all yoga techniques accordingly will help to overcome the disease.
Some common heart diseases are
- Coronary heart disease
- Low blood pressure
- Breath lessness
- Cardiac arrest, arrhythmia (improper beating of the heart)
